We accept returns on all products unless otherwise stated on the product detail page. Eligible items should reach us within 10 days from the date you originally received it. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with their original packaging (labels, hang tags on clothing, shoeboxes, plastic wrap) intact.
If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped, we will replace the item if it remains in stock. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect by contacting our Customer Care team.
To initiate a return, please call or email our Customer Care team and give them the exact product details and explain the reason for return. You’ll then have to ship the item to our warehouse with a copy of the invoice.
Please follow these instructions properly when you are sending the returns :
1. Please send the returns in original box which was sent to you or in a box which does not crush the dress.
2. Return for crushed or bad condition dress are not accepted and will not be refunded.
After we receive the item and perform a quality check, we will refund the amount to your account or if necessary, get in touch with you with other possible options.
Please note that the refunds are dependent on external agencies such as banks and payment gateways. The credit process will be initiated once we have received the item or items in our warehouse, and completed our quality check. Your refund will happen as per the below mentioned timelines.
- >> Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking: 5-7 working days from the refund initiation date
- >> NEFT Transfer: 5-7 working days from the refund initiation date
